Who draws up Land Registry statistics?
Every year, the Spanish Land Registry draws up the five statistics that are included in the National Statistics Plan which is published on both the website and by the Ministry Publications Department.
The Land Registry website also has access to the database containing statistical data from previous years.
As of 2005, and in compliance with the Agreement of the Executive Committee of the Government for Economic Affairs (PDF approx. 245.09 KB) with regard to improving economic and statistical information, the statistics and reports on Property Tax fiscal regulations; Property Tax fiscal pressure; statistics on use, age, type of construction and information on vacant land by municipality were published.
From July 2005, the Total Value Reports can also be consulted of the municipalities where a new report has been approved as of this year. These reports can be found in the Collective Evaluation Procedures section on the Land Registry website by selecting the province or municipality of interest.
