Accreditation of the economic and financial standing of classified companies:

Article 59.2 of Law 30/2007 of 30 October on Public Sector Contracts establishes that businesses classified as being covered by said Law must each year prove they are economically and financially solvent in order to maintain their classification. Article 2 of Royal Decree 817/2009 of 8 May, partially developing said Law, establishes the procedure to follow for said accreditation, which consists of presenting a STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE with the content and within the periods indicated in said precept and prepared according to the model approved for this purpose by the Consultative Board on Administrative Contracting.
