The Consultative Board on Administrative Procurement, attached to the Ministry of the Treasury, is a consultative agency of the General Government Administration, of its autonomous agencies and of other public state bodies in matters of administrative procurement.
It is regulated in the Public Administrations Contracts Law, Revised Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2000, of 16 June 2000, and in Royal Decree 30/1991, of 18 January 1991, on the organic and functional system of the Consultative Board on Administrative Procurement. The composition of its collegiate bodies is established in Additional Provision Five of the General Regulations of the Public Administrations Contracts Law approved by Royal Decree 1098/2001, of 12 October 2001 and in Order EHA/4314/2004, of 23 December 2004.
