- Voluntary Register of Bidders: With the start up of the Official Register of Bidders and Classified State Enterprises (ROLECE), as decreed in Order EHA/1490/2010 of 28 May, published in the Official State Gazette of 10 June 2010, and which entered into force on 11 June 2010, the management of the Voluntary Register of Bidders of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (the RVL of the MEH) is eliminated, without prejudice to the validity, for six months starting from the date of the implementation of the ROLECE, of the certificates issued by the RVL of the MEH ( temporary provision 2 of Royal Decree 817/2009 of 8 May, partially implementing the Law on Public Sector Contracts). The management of the ROLECE is entrusted to the Deputy General Directorate for the Classification of Contractors and Register of Contracts, José Abascal 4, 28003-Madrid, telephone 91-443-09-95.
