Cadastral Declaration. Modification of ownership and variation of the share in real estate (901-N).

Declare the acquisition of property for any deed, as well as its consolidation, the constitution, modification or acquisition of ownership of an administrative concession and the usufruct and surface real rights, variations in internal composition or share community involvement or legal entities. These entities had to be applied the evidence of its members already, in order to register or modify the Real Estate Cadastral data. The deadline for submission of the declaration is two months from the day after the fact, act or business of the declaration.
