Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July, whereby the general framework for raising quality levels in the civil service is established (PDF approx. 96,52 KB), encompasses the regulatory framework for measures that improve the quality of the public services of the general State administration. The Instruction of the Sub-Secretariat regarding activities geared to enhancing public service quality levels within the Ministry of Finance and the Economy (PDF approx. 77 KB) (Instruction of 25 July 2007) governs the quality-related commitments taken on by this Department. Those commitments are reflected in measures such as the drafting of service charters, awards for quality and the regulation of a complaints and suggestions system.
