Questions on which reports can be requested, and who may request them.The Board issues its reports at the request of the Under Secretaries and Directors General of the ministerial departments, Presidents and Directors General of autonomous regional agencies and public bodies, Financial Controller of the Government Administration and Presidents of representative business organisations from the various sectors affected by administrative procurement.Heads of Autonomous Community Departments and Presidents of local bodies may also request reports from the Board.Without prejudice to this, procurement agencies and representative business organisations from the various sectors of administrative procurement may submit motions to the Board in matters of its specific competence, which will be informed by the Secretariat of the Board and referred to the President of the Permanent Commission should it feel that the interest of the matter justifies its consideration by the relevant agency of the Board. To the contrary, the Secretariat will pass the report to the submitting body.Reports will not be issued on specific cases of the procurement agencies, and the parties affected should be the ones, in the event of their considering the criteria sustained in them to be inappropriate, to use the resources of objection and appeal that they deem pertinent.Categorías
