The electronic publication entitled "Tributación Autonómica" (Taxation in the Autonomous Regions) gives a full range of information about the measures adopted in the Autonomous Regions under the common regime in the exercise of their competencies for taxation, both as regards taxation matters assigned to them from central government and local taxation. It also gives information about tax law in the foral or traditional law regions.
The publication comprises four chapters and three annexes. The book's chapters describe the Autonomous Regions' lines of action in the adoption of tax measures and describes the new measures adopted each year, including a complete overview of the legislation in force in each year. Annexes One and Two contain a list of the regulations approved and Annex Three includes a table with details of the cost of the fiscal benefits granted by the Autonomous Communities in relation to the taxes made over.
Up to 2005 the information contained in this publication was included in Section II of the White Paper "Haciendas autonómicas en cifras".
Since 2006 the fiscal content of "Haciendas autonómicas en cifras" is included in the new publication "Tributación Autonómica", which is introduced here and comprises all the taxation aspects of the Autonomous Community financing system.
